You can now view and print your policy documents online. To register all you need is the email address you gave us when you took out your policy and your policy number.
We’ll send you a reminder before your current policy expires. This will explain what you need to do to renew your car insurance with M&S Bank for another year. In most cases we’ll renew your cover automatically, unless you tell us not to. If you need to change your policy before you renew it, our renewals team will be pleased to help.
As a main M&S Bank cardholder you could save up to 15% when you renew your existing policy. All M&S Bank cardholders qualified for a discount between February 2016 and May 2016, with 35% qualifying for a 15% discount. The discount will be applied automatically to the net premium only, excluding any add-on products, instalment fees and/or charges, so the final price quoted will be inclusive of the discount, up to 15%. The M&S Bank cardholder discount is not available to customers amending an existing M&S Car Insurance policy. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer without notice.
If you need to make a claim please do call us as soon as possible. Our UK Claims team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You’ll be allocated your own personal claims manager who will guide you through the process and ensure everything runs smoothly. Please have your policy number to hand when you call.
