Getting started with the M&S Banking App
(Set up using your physical M&S PASS)
The M&S Banking App is easy to use and full of helpful features. Here’s how to set it up.
Available of compatible devices for main cardholders.
You’ll need your Internet Banking username and password to hand.
Download the M&S Banking App* and open it on your device.
*from the App Store or Google Play.
Then confirm you’re registered for Internet Banking.
To confirm, click ‘Continue for Apple devices or ‘Yes’ for Android devices.
Enter your Internet Banking username, and choose ‘physical M&S PASS’ to verify it’s you.
Enter the security code generated by your physical M&S PASS.
Same as you would do when signing in to Internet Banking.
and create a 6-digit Digital M&S PASS PIN.
Once the digital M&S PASS PIN is set up, it will replace your physical M&S PASS will no longer work as the app comes with a Digital M&S PASS which will replace it. Please dispose of your physical M&S PASS at your local recycling centre.
Simply re-enter the PIN to confirm it.
Now you’re all set up – simply sign in to use the app.
That’s it. When you next sign in, you can enable fingerprint recognition to make signing in easier and also to confirm online payments.
