You can access your accounts safely and securely at your convenience
Register for Digital Banking
To get started you will need to firstly register for Internet Banking to set up your username and password.
You’ll need:
- Your M&S Credit Card
- Your credit limit – you'll find this on a recent statement or on the letter that was sent with your M&S Credit Card
- Your email address
To register for Internet Banking you have to be the main cardholder – this means it's your name that appears on your credit card statements.
Download the M&S Banking App
The M&S Banking App is available from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the instructions to set up the app – you'll need your Internet Banking username and password. You'll also receive an activation code by text message.
To download the latest versions of our app you'll need to be running iOS 12.2 or Android 6 or above.
All done
You're now set up to access M&S Digital Banking services. Over the coming months, regular users of the app will be asked to confirm online purchases within the app. We'll let you know when this functionality is available. In the meantime, we'll continue to send a one-time passcode via text message to confirm your purchases.
Have you thought about switching to digital statements?
It's safe, easy and convenient. You can turn off your paper statements and choose digital statements at any time using the M&S Banking App or within Internet Banking.
