You can view your policy documents online (opens in a new window) if you have registered for online servicing. If you took your policy out over the phone and did not register for online servicing, please call 0800 121 4070 if your policy number begins 830 or 0800 015 7760 if your policy begins MHO.

Renew your policy (opens in a new window)

We'll send you a reminder before your current policy expires. This will explain what you need to do to renew your home insurance. If you’re happy with your renewal and your details are the same you can renew your home insurance online (opens in a new window), or if you need to change your policy, call the Renewals team on 0800 051 4470.

Make a claim

If you need to make a claim and your policy number begins 830, please call 0800 111 4901 as soon as possible.

If your policy number begins MHO, please call 0800 051 2556 and our claims team will be happy to help.

Please have your policy number to hand when you call.

Claim on home emergency cover

If you take out home emergency cover we'll include it in your policy schedule, along with details of the emergency repairs it covers.

If you need to make a claim and your policy begins with 830, please call 0800 121 4074. If your policy begins MHO, please call 0800 051 2658.

Claim on legal expenses cover

If you take out legal expenses cover, this will be included in your Policy Schedule. For confidential legal advice or to make a claim on your legal expenses cover for policies which begin 830, please call 0800 121 4075. If your policy begins MHO, please call 0800 051 4004.

Change your cover

Are you moving house? Do you need to reduce your cover or cancel your policy? To make changes to your cover for policies which begin 830, please call 0800 121 4070. For policies which begin MHO, please call 0800 015 7760.
