Progressing your application

When you apply with us, we may request more information in order to progress your application.

Thank you for your recent application. We just need to know a few more details about your finances before we can continue.

What we need:

  • Your online banking login details for your main current account.
  • Details of your main current account (account name, account number, sort code and balance). This will be the account where you receive your salary and make bill payments from.
  • Details of transactions on those accounts (your incoming and outgoing transactions).

We've teamed up with consents.online to give you a safe and secure way to tell us about account information. We can collate this data using Open Banking or alternatively, you can provide your details manually via email or post. You’ll find details of how within your original email.

Continue to consents.online

It should only take a few minutes to provide the information securely and it won't impact your credit rating. We’ll then review your application and be in touch in the next few days with a final decision.

If you need any help, you can talk to our team about your application on 0345 900 0900. Lines are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
