When using Internet Banking, we'll ask all our current account customers to verify new payees, and certain payments, by generating a security code using their M&S PASS.
This is a security step that verifies your credentials. It also increases security against possible fraud attacks which can potentially be caused by malware.
Which kind of M&S PASS are you using?
