To help you avoid any additional charges to your account please see below some information which may be useful if there are ongoing postal delays.
Payments
If you pay your account by cheque please allow more time for your cheque to reach us. To avoid a late payment fee and any impact to your credit file, you may wish to consider alternative payment methods.
Credit card
You may prefer the convenience of paying by Direct Debit or you can take a look at the alternative ways to pay. You can find out more about the fees and charges associated with your credit card.
Budgetcard/Chargecard
Take a look at the alternative ways to pay your Budgetcard or Chargecard.
Statements
Any ongoing postal delays may impact the delivery of your credit card statement. This would mean that you have less time between receiving your statement and the payment date. Alternatively, you can access your account online and view your statements either through Internet Banking or the M&S Banking App*.
