I have an issue with a recurring transaction

Yes, I recognise the transaction

No, I don't recognise the transaction

Do you recognise the recurring transaction or subscription that you wish to dispute?

For example - is this a payment that you recognise, but:

1. You’ve been charged the wrong amount
2. You cancelled the regular payment, but you were still charged anyway
3. Something else isn’t right

Have you previously cancelled the transaction with the retailer or us?

Please fill out a Recurring Transaction Form:

You’ll need to have the following information to hand:

  1. Your card/account details
  2. Transaction details, including:
    1. The amount charged
    2. The date as per your statement
    3. The exact description as it appears on your statement (entering this information incorrectly can delay the resolution of your dispute). Please copy & paste from your statement wherever possible
  3. Any evidence to support your claim e.g. receipts. You can attach your evidence as screenshots or photos as we don't need the original

Please Note:

  2. In some case, you may have protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act for this type of dispute. This will apply where the transaction was made wholly or in part on an M&S credit card and your dispute relates to a purchase of over £100 and under £30,000. If your dispute is unsuccessful we'll automatically review for a Section 75 claim and may be in contact again if we needany further information.
  3. Once we've received your completed form, we'll aim to contact you within 7 days to let you know the next steps.

Unfortunately, as you have not cancelled this transaction with us or the retailer previously, we will be unable to dispute any transactions which have debited your account in the past

Would you like us to cancel all future transactions to this retailer?

Please fill out a Cancel Subscription Form:

You’ll need to have the following information to hand:

  1. Your card/account details
