How do I view my statements within Internet Banking?

To view your statements within Internet Banking, simply:

  1. Sign in to Internet Banking
  2. Select 'View statements' under 'Quick links'
  3. Select the account you want to see your statement for from the drop-down menu (credit card or Everyday Savings Account)
  4. Then, select the statement date you want to view and it will automatically download as a PDF

How do I sign in to Internet Banking using an M&S PASS?

To sign in to Internet Banking, you'll need to generate a unique single-use security code, using either a Digital M&S PASS (within the M&S Banking App), or a physical M&S PASS.

Using the M&S Banking App

  1. Go to the Internet Banking sign in page and enter your username
  2. You'll then be asked to enter your security code. To generate this code launch your M&S Banking App, but do not sign in
  3. Tap the 'Generate security code' option at the bottom of the page, and then select 'Internet Banking - Sign in code'
  4. Enter your 6 digit Digital M&S PASS PIN, or use your fingerprint or face to generate a 6 digit security code
  5. Enter the security code generated in to the box on the sign in to Internet Banking screen

Using a physical M&S PASS

  1. Go to the Internet Banking sign in page and enter your username
  2. You'll then be asked to enter your security code. To generate this code, you'll need to use your physical M&S PASS
  3. Switch on your M&S PASS - press and hold down the green (bottom right hand) button for 2 seconds to turn on your M&S PASS, then enter your PIN. Now press the green button to generate a single-use security code
  4. Enter this code on the Internet Banking sign-in screen and click 'Sign in'

How do I update my personal details within Internet Banking?

  1. Sign in to internet banking
  2. Select ‘Update your personal details’ under ‘Quick links’. Find the details you’d like to update and select ‘edit’
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need your M&S PASS to verify your changes

How do I check for secure messages within Internet Banking?

  1. First make sure you are signed in to M&S Internet Banking
  2. Select 'Your messages' under 'Quick links'
  3. On the next screen, you'll see all messages we have sent you in your inbox. The ones with a green mark next to the subject title are new messages that you haven't read
  4. To view a message, click the subject title
  5. You can delete or print messages using the buttons at the bottom of the screen
