View your policy documents online

You can view your policy documents online if you have registered for online servicing. If you don't know your policy number or you took your policy out over the phone and did not register for online servicing, please call 0800 121 4070.

Renew your policy – 0800 068 2742

We'll send you a reminder before your current policy expires. This will explain what you need to do to renew your home insurance with M&S Bank for another year. If you don't receive a reminder, or you need to change your policy before you renew it, call the Renewals team on 0800 068 2742.

Make a claim – 0800 111 4901

If you need to make a claim, you should call us on 0800 111 4901 as soon as possible. Make sure you've got your policy number when you call – and quote it when you write to us.

Claim on home emergency cover – 0800 121 4074

If you take out home emergency cover we'll include it in your policy schedule, along with details of the emergency repairs it covers. If you need to make a claim, contact AXA Assistance UK Ltd on 0800 121 4074 or write to AXA Assistance UK Ltd, The Quadrangle, 106-118 Station Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1PR. Make sure you've got your policy number when you call – and quote it when you write to us.

Claim on legal expenses cover – 0800 121 4075

If you take out legal expenses cover we'll include it on your Policy Schedule. For confidential legal advice or to make a claim on your legal expenses cover call 0800 121 4075 and quote “M&S Home Insurance”.

Change your cover – 0800 121 4070

Are you moving house? Do you need to reduce your cover or cancel your policy? To make changes to your cover, call the Customer Services team on 0800 121 4070 – you'll need your policy details to hand.
