Step 1: Sign in to the M&S Banking App on your old device.
Step 2: Remove the device by selecting the ‘profile’ icon in the top right, select ‘Security’, ‘Manage devices’ and then tap the device you’re removing.
Step 3: Once you’ve done this, you can delete the M&S Banking App on your old device.
You’ll need to remove all of your devices registered to the M&S Banking App before you can order a physical M&S PASS. If you no longer have access to remove a device, please call us on 0345 900 0900, lines are open 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday.
