M&S Club Rewards offers a range of exclusive M&S benefits similar to your M&S Premium Current Account. Extra points

In addition to the points you earn with your M&S Credit Card, you'll receive 2 extra points per £1 spent in M&S when using your card in store and online.

Hot drinks vouchers

You'll receive 32 hot drinks vouchers a year to spend in M&S Cafes.

Extra points abroad

Here's something to look forward to: 3 points for every £1 you spend abroad on purchases made in the local currency on your M&S Credit Card (fees apply).

Next day delivery

Birthday treat

We're giving you £12 M&S vouchers to spend in M&S Foodhalls, so you can enjoy a celebratory treat on us.

You'll receive three £15 vouchers per year to spend in Clothing or Home departments, in store and online.

Next day delivery

You need to have a marksandspencer.com account to enjoy next day delivery at no extra cost. Each time you order online simply select next/nominated day delivery at checkout, and we’ll automatically deduct the cost of delivery when you pay.

We will update your account to include next day delivery within 6 working days of you opening your marksandspencer.com account. Your welcome pack will include two one-time codes to use until the benefit is applied to your account.

Food, hampers, wine, flowers, furniture and items described as on sale are excluded from this offer.

Before you apply

Eligibility criteria

To apply for M&S Club Rewards you must:

  • be over 18 years old
  • be a UK resident (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for the duration of the period in which you hold the product
  • already have an M&S Credit Card and be the main cardholder. If you don't have an M&S Credit Card you can find out more and apply today

What you'll be asked for

During your application we will need your:

  • Your M&S Credit Card number
  • Residential address
  • Email address

Important information

Please read the following information:

Fee & Term

A £10 monthly fee is payable for M&S Club Rewards. This monthly fee will initially be charged to your M&S Credit Card account on the day that you agree to join M&S Club Rewards and then on the same date each month thereafter. Your Club Rewards membership does not have a fixed term. It will continue until cancelled by you or us.

Collecting M&S points

Because you can collect M&S points every time you shop with your M&S Credit Card, your rewards can quickly add up. Find out more about how M&S rewards you. Your M&S points will be converted into vouchers and sent to you by post 4 times a year. M&S reward vouchers are valid for 15 months, so you can spend them straightaway or save them until later - the choice is yours.

Cancellation rights

You have the right to change your mind and cancel your M&S Club Rewards membership within 14 days of receiving your M&S Club Rewards welcome pack. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us using a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, or calling us on 0345 900 0900). You may use the online cancellation form (link opens in a new tab), but do not have to. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel, the agreement will end and we will refund you in full, including fees you have paid, as soon as we can, and not later than 14 days after the day on which you tell us you want to cancel. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

What happens to your Premium Current Account?

If you successfully apply for M&S Club Rewards, you will notice some changes to your current account:

  • Your account will be changed to an M&S Current Account and you will no longer be charged a fee for your current account.
  • You will be sent a copy of the new terms and conditions for your M&S Current Account in the post
  • If a monthly fee is due to come out of your current account after moving over to Club Rewards, this will be automatically refunded within 30 days.
  • Your exclusive M&S benefits will change to the new Club Rewards benefits.

Please note, you will still need to close or switch your M&S Current Account by 31 August 2021.

FAQs

Can I keep the same benefits I received on my M&S Premium Current Account?

Unfortunately not, the benefits offered as part of our Premium products are changing. During the last few months, we've been asking customers for feedback and listening to their views. We're now making some improvements to our products, including offering more flexibility in the way you earn points and the rewards you receive.

What are my options if I don't want the new benefits?

M&S exclusive benefits will only be available through M&S Club Rewards once your current account has closed. For more information on your options around your current account visit our dedicated page.
