This can help us to give you personalised support, no matter what financial difficulty you might be experiencing.
What to expect
We've teamed up with consents.online to give you a safe and secure way to tell us about your income and expenditure. It should only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete and it won't impact your credit rating. You'll only need to complete this form once, even if you hold multiple products.
We'll ask you for:
- basic information about yourself
- your current employment status
- your current monthly income and outgoings - such as your salary and mortgage payments or rent

Step 1 - Submitting the form
It's important that we understand your situation and work with you to find the right solution. Please complete an Income and Expenditure form.
The form asks you about your monthly income and outgoings such as salary, mortgage payments, rent, utility bills and outstanding balances with other lenders so please have this information to hand. Please also ensure the email address you provide us with is correct and up to date.
If you require support on how to complete the form, please use our 'Chat' service, located at the bottom right of the page. Our agents are available between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 8am-4pm Saturday. When starting a chat, please ask “I need help with my I&E form.”

Step 2 - What happens next?
Once you've submitted the form, we'll contact you via email within 3 working days to let you know the outcome of your assessment.
