Want to renew, change or cancel your policy or need to make a claim? Here’s how to get in touch with us.

Servicing your policy online

You can manage many parts of your policy online. This includes adding a driver, changing your address or viewing your policy documents.

To register all you need is the email address you gave us when you took out your policy and your policy number.

Please be aware, you need to call us to cancel your policy or make a claim.

Renew your policy – 0800 107 1828

We’ll send you a reminder before your current policy expires. This will explain what you need to do to renew your car insurance with M&S Bank for another year. In most cases we’ll renew your cover automatically, unless you tell us not to. If you need to change your policy before you renew it, our renewals team will be pleased to help.

Make a claim – 0344 412 2160

If you need to make a claim please do call us as soon as possible. Our UK Claims team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You’ll be allocated your own personal claims manager who will guide you through the process and ensure everything runs smoothly. Please have your policy number to hand when you call.
