Medical conditions
We'll ask you a few questions about any existing medical conditions you, or anyone travelling with you, may have. We'll tell you if we can provide cover for these conditions - and if we can provide cover, this will be included in your premium.
If cover cannot be offered for certain medical conditions, or if you are not happy with the total premium, you may be able to obtain cover from a specialist medical insurer. The Moneyhelper has a list of these insurers – you can check its travel directory or call 0800 1387 777. Please note, you may not be able to find cover for undiagnosed symptoms and you may need to wait until you have a diagnosis before getting cover elsewhere.
What you'll be asked for
- Your main destination and the regions you want your policy to cover
- The name and date of birth of every adult and child you want your policy to include
- Your email address, home address and postcode
- Your card details if you decide to buy. You can pay using an M&S Credit Card, M&S Debit Card, M&S Chargecard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard
