You’re almost done! Now you’ve set up your Internet Banking details, you need to select an M&S PASS to complete your registration and access digital banking. To sign in to Internet Banking you will need to generate a security code using your M&S PASS.
If you’ve already selected an M&S PASS, you just need to sign in to digital banking and follow the steps on screen to access your account.
You can access the Digital M&S PASS by downloading the M&S Banking App.
If you're ready to set up your Digital M&S PASS, head to the App Store or Google Play store to download the M&S Banking App. Please note device restrictions apply.
If you don't have a compatible device, you can order a physical M&S PASS which will generate the security codes you’ll need to access your accounts.
To order a physical M&S PASS, sign in to Internet Banking using the details you’ve set up and select the option to ‘Order M&S PASS’.
The Digital M&S PASS and the physical M&S PASS both generate a security code, providing the same level of security when you sign in to Internet Banking. A key benefit of the Digital M&S PASS is that it is contained within the M&S Banking App, meaning you are not required to carry around a separate security device. With face or fingerprint recognition (on compatible devices), it is the quick and easy way to access your accounts.
Yes, as the Digital M&S PASS is provided within the M&S Banking App it will replace any physical M&S PASS that you have. If you choose to download the M&S Banking App, your old physical M&S PASS will no longer work. You can download the app onto a maximum of three personal devices.
