From 7 December 2020, we will no longer be accepting payments over the phone via our Customer Services team. There are still plenty of options below for you to choose to pay your bill.

How to make an M&S Credit Card account payment
There are a number of ways you can pay your M&S Credit Card account.
We recommend using one of the following methods…
Setting up a Direct Debit is a convenient and easy way to pay your credit card account automatically each month.
You can set it up within Internet Banking or by visiting our website and completing the Direct Debit form available there.
Please continue to pay in your usual way until you see your first payment appear on your statement.
You can make a payment using a debit card through Internet Banking.
Simply sign in as normal and select 'Make a Payment' from the left-hand menu.
Then follow the instructions to enter your payment amount and debit card details.
If you haven't yet registered for Internet Banking, it's worth considering as it's an easy and secure way to manage your credit card account.
The M&S Banking App is perfect for banking on the go, giving you quick and secure access to your M&S Credit Card account via fingerprint or face recognition if you have that enabled.
As well as being able to pay your M&S Credit Card with a debit card, you can keep track of balances and recent transactions,
and view your statements.
Available on compatible devices
You can make payments directly from your own bank using their internet or telephone banking service.
Just quote our sort code and account number, together with your 16-digit M&S Credit Card number or account number as a reference.
You can also set up a fixed payment or monthly standing order with your bank.

Setting up a Direct Debit is a convenient and easy way to pay your M&S Credit Card account automatically each month. You can make the minimum payment, a fixed amount or the full statement balance - just choose the option which suits you best.
You can set up a Direct Debit through Internet Banking, using the instructions below, or complete our Direct Debit form.

Sign in | RegisterPlease ensure you continue to make payments until you receive confirmation of your first Direct Debit date. A fixed repayment will be for an amount set by you and can be changed at any time. If the minimum payment due is greater than this amount, we will claim the full minimum payment. If your statement balance is lower than your fixed amount, we will only claim the balance on your statement.
Credit card customers now have the option to change their Direct Debit from full to minimum payment.
To request this, you can fill out our online form. You will receive an automated email to confirm it’s been received and we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know when your Direct Debit has been changed.
Important Information
To make a payment via our automated telephone banking service;
You should quote our bank details, sort code 40-12-57 and account number 59001115, with your 16-digit M&S Credit Card number as a reference.
Your payment will reach your account within approximately two hours.
You can also set up a fixed payment or standing order with your bank.
Please send your cheque together with your payment slip, making your cheque payable to M&S Bank and include your account number on the reverse. Please send your payment in a stamp addressed envelope to M&S Bank, PO Box 349, Lowton Way, Hellaby Industrial Estate, Sheffield, S98 1EQ.
Please don't send post-dated cheques as we can't accept them. It'll take up to 6 working days to appear on your account.
Simply fill out the Credit Card payment slip and take it with your statement to any bank displaying the MasterCard or Visa sign. Please also take a form of photographic ID with you.
Your statement will be stamped as proof of payment but please note that a charge may be made if payment is not made at a branch of your own bank.
It'll take up to 5 working days for your payment to reach your account.

You can pay by debit card at till points in most M&S Stores. Simply present your card and statement along with your payment.
It takes up to 2 working days, not including the day the payment is made to reach your account.
If you're paying with cash, you can only pay up to £1,000 in a calendar month.
