SameDay Click & Collect currency

Important information

Please note, only the person who placed and paid for the order will be able to collect.

When collecting your order, please remember the following;

• A valid UK photographic driving licence, passport or EU national identity card (Romanian & Greek National ID Cards are not accepted)
• Your card you used to place your order - both ID and payment card must have the same name
• Your order number (this can be found on your confirmation email)

Please note, if you cancel your order, you will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee.

Eligibility criteria:

To be eligible for SameDay Click & Collect, you must:

• Be a UK resident
• Be aged 18 or over
• Have a valid photographic ID

Order details

Orders made through SameDay Click & Collect are subject to a minimum value of £150 sterling equivalent, and a maximum value of £2500 sterling equivalent.

SameDay collection is only available on euro, US Dollar, Canadian dollar, Australian Dollar, UAE Dirham, South African rand, New Zealand dollar, Thai Baht, and Turkish Lira.

Placing an order

• Select the store you wish to collect your order from (your date will default to the nearest available date)
• Enter your contact details, name, email address and telephone number
• Enter your payment card details (UK issued card only - you must bring this when collecting your order)
