When will I receive my welcome pack, gifts and treats?

You should receive your welcome pack by email or post within 10 days of subscribing to M&S Club Rewards. Your welcome pack will give you access to your first set of hot drink vouchers and first voucher to spend in M&S Clothing & Home.

You’ll receive your hot drinks vouchers four times a year usually in February, May, August and November. The rest of your gift/treat vouchers will be sent throughout the year.

When will I receive my birthday treat?

Birthday treats are sent twice a month, so you’ll receive yours within 2 weeks before or within 2 weeks after your birthday.

How do I make a travel insurance claim?

If you have travel insurance as a part of your M&S Club Rewards subscription, this is how to make a claim:

  • For emergency medical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, please call: 0800 051 3483 or +44 (0)160 360 3371 if you’re calling from abroad. You’ll need your policy number to hand when you call.

  • If you don’t require urgent medical attention, you can make a claim online or by calling us on 0800 051 2619 or +44 (0)160 360 3042 if you’re calling from abroad. Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and public holidays. You’ll need this information to hand:
    • - Your policy number
    • - Your personal details, plus anyone else claiming on this policy
    • - Details about your trip, for example, date of travel and airline (if that’s relevant)
    • - Your bank account details so that we can settle your claims as soon as a decision is made

How do I use my next day delivery?

You need to have a marksandpsencer.com account to enjoy next day delivery at no extra cost, we’ll deduct the cost when you select next day delivery at checkout. It can take up to 6 working days to apply this benefit to your account from subscribing to M&S Club Rewards or applying for a marksandspencer.com account (whichever is opened most recently). You’ll receive two one-time codes in your welcome pack which you can use in the meantime.

Next day delivery is not available in some locations e.g. Northern Ireland and Guernsey. Food, hampers, wine, flowers, furniture and items described as on sale are also excluded from this offer. Take a look at the next day delivery guide for more information.

How do I cancel M&S Club Rewards?

You can cancel your subscription, or remove your travel insurance cover from M&S Club Rewards, by completing this online form. This form needs to be completed by the main cardholder.

Customers who choose to remove their travel insurance cover will still receive all the other benefits, treats and delights for a fee of £10 a month.

I’ve lost my hot drinks/gift & treat vouchers, can I receive new ones?

Unfortunately, any misplaced hot drinks, gift or treat vouchers cannot be replaced.
