We’re letting you know that we’re changing the way we send your monthly credit card statement.
You currently receive your statements in the post, and our records show you access your account digitally, so we’re replacing your paper statements with ones you can access via the M&S Banking App* or Internet Banking.
You'll continue to receive your statement by post until 22 August. Depending on your statement date, you may still receive a paper statement between 23 and 31 August. From 1 September, you'll receive your credit card statements digitally if you take the action below.
What action do I need to take?
We’ll make this change automatically if you access your account through our app or Internet Banking on or before 19 August 2022. By signing in, we’ll take this as your consent for us to make the change as you already use our digital banking services.
