How do I make my digital statements bigger so I can read them more clearly?

How you enlarge your statements may differ depending on what device you are using to read your digital statement, but we can offer some general advice.

If you are viewing your statements on a device with a touchscreen like a tablet or mobile phone:

  • You can place two fingers on the screen and pinch inwards and outwards to increase or decrease to the desired magnification. On most devices, you can also double tap to zoom in.

If you are using a computer to view your statements:

  • You will need to download your statement first. Your statement will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • In Adobe Acrobat Reader, there will be plus and minus buttons you can click on to zoon in and out of the statement. You can also change the magnification by adjusting the “zoom to” percentage.
  • For more information, you can use the Adobe Acrobat Reader image magnification guide to help you enlarge your statements.
