How to register

Important

If you have already registered for Internet Banking and now have one of our current accounts then you'll automatically be sent an M&S PASS which you'll need to use when logging into Internet Banking. Enter your username as normal and follow the steps on screen.

Registering using M&S Credit Card

You'll need:

  • Your M&S Credit Card
  • Your credit limit – you'll find this on a recent statement or on the letter that was sent with your M&S Credit Card
  • Your email address

To register for Internet Banking you have to be the main cardholder – this means it's your name that appears on your credit card statements.

It only takes a few minutes to register for Internet Banking. Simply click register and follow the on-screen instructions.

Registering using one of our current accounts

You'll need:

  • Your account number and sort code
  • Your telephone security number – this may have been set up if you applied over the phone or in branch, if not call 0345 900 0900
  • Your email address

If you requested to use Internet Banking as part of your application for your current account then you'll automatically be sent an M&S PASS. This should be with you within a week of you receiving your M&S Debit Card. Once you have received this, visit our website and select 'activate now' when you sign in/register.

If you have one of our current accounts and didn't request to use Internet Banking at application, but now wish to do so, select 'register now' when you sign in/register. You'll need to register using your sort code and account number along with your telephone security number. Then we'll send you an M&S PASS for added security so that you can complete your registration and start banking online.

Registering using M&S Everyday Savings Account

You'll need:

  • Your account number and sort code
  • Your telephone security number – this may have been set up if you applied over the phone or in branch, if not call 0345 900 0900
  • Your email address
