Sparks Pay

During the application for your Sparks Pay account, we'll have asked you for banking details in order to set up a Direct Debit for repayments.

If you'd like to make additional payments you are able to make a faster payment directly from your bank using these details, please use account number: 59001115 and sort code: 40-12-57, and include your 16-digit Sparks Pay account number as a reference.

Alternatively, within your Sparks Pay servicing area, you can select the 'Debit Card Payment' option within the 'Payment' tab.

If you have a balance on your Sparks Pay account, you’ll first need to pay until the balance is nil. Once your balance is cleared, we’ll close your account and cancel any Direct Debit.

If you have an arrangement in place, due to being in financial difficulty, this will continue as agreed. Once your balance is cleared, we’ll close your Sparks Pay account.

If you’ve already cleared your balance, you don’t need to do anything. We will close your Sparks Pay account on 15 January 2026.

Your Sparks Pay balance will be viewable through your Sparks Pay account, which you can access by logging into your M&S.com account and open the Sparks Pay servicing area.
