Important information for existing customers
All Sparks Pay accounts will be closing permanently on 15 January 2026. At M&S Bank, we constantly review our credit offering to make sure we’re giving our customers the best products and services at great value, and this difficult decision was made following a recent review.
What do I need to do?
You won’t be able to make any further purchases using your Sparks Pay account, and you’ll need to keep making your monthly repayments until your balance is fully paid.
Once your balance is cleared, we’ll close your account and cancel any Direct Debit.
If you have an arrangement in place, due to being in financial difficulty, this will continue as agreed.
If you’ve already cleared your balance, you don’t need to do anything. We will close your Sparks Pay account on 15 January 2026.
