If you enter your credit card PIN incorrectly three times at either a till point or an ATM (cash machine), we’ll lock your PIN to protect you, just in case it’s someone else using your card.
If you know your PIN, you can unlock this at any UK ATM by following the simple instructions below.

Alternatively, you can also request a PIN to be sent to your home address via our 'Chat with us' service. Simply sign in to Internet Banking and select the 'Chat' icon. Not registered for Digital Banking?

Please note: If your PIN is locked, contactless will only work for a certain number of transactions. To get it working again, you'll need to unlock your PIN and then make a payment using your card with the PIN.

View your credit card PIN using the M&S Banking App
You can now use the M&S Banking App to view your PIN.
It’s a very handy feature in case you ever forget your PIN.
Simply sign into the app,
And on the account screen select ‘M&S Credit Card’.
Next, tap ‘Manage cards’
And then ‘View card PIN’.
You’ll then be asked to confirm it’s you,
Using your fingerprint, face or M&S PASS PIN
And your PIN will appear for a limited amount of time.
It’s that simple, never forget your PIN again.
