Telephone Banking
Telephone Banking for all products and services excluding insurance.

Mobile Banking
M&S Banking App.
On Sunday 26th October 2025, from 01:45 BST to 26th October, 05:00 GMT, Mobile Banking will be unavailable whilst we perform essential maintenance.
Card transactions
Payments and purchases using M&S Credit Cards, including Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay.
On Sunday 26th October 2025, from 01:45 BST to 26th October, 05:00 GMT, as Mobile Banking will not be available, all 3D Secure transaction authorizations will be performed by SMS (text message). Please ensure you have registered your mobile number with us to avoid any disruption to your card spending during this time.
