How to claim your payment
We've written to you because we’ve identified that you’re due a payment. As you don’t have an account we can pay directly into, we need to confirm where you’d like this to be paid.
What do I need to do?
- Make a note of your Reference Number – you’ll find this on the letter we sent you.
- Select the 'Confirm your details' button to be taken to our Adobe Live Sign platform.
- Complete the form with your account details. Please make sure the account holder is the individual or entity due the payment.
