How to claim your payment

We've written to you because we’ve identified that you’re due a payment. As you don’t have an account we can pay directly into, we need to confirm where you’d like this to be paid.

What do I need to do?

  1. Make a note of your Reference Number – you’ll find this on the letter we sent you.
  2. Select the 'Confirm your details' button to be taken to our Adobe Live Sign platform.
  3. Complete the form with your account details. Please make sure the account holder is the individual or entity due the payment.
